Awwww, poor Rocky! What happened to him?

The poor guy got a rash on his neck. He kept scratching and scratching, making it worse! I went to the pet store to buy him a cone to keep him from scratching, but they were out of them. In the meantime, the husband and daughters tried to cover it with sterile gauze. They wrapped it around his head to keep it in place! When I came home, the husband met me at the door and said “Try not to laugh at him. He looks sad.” One look and I was on the floor! LOL!
We ended his torture yesterday… took him to the vet where he got a steroid shot and pain shot. He’s back in action today!
I think he likes us again

Poor thing! Glad he’s going to be ok! Our dog had to have surgery last fall, which required the dreaded cone. I swore she hated us, everytime she gave us those sad puppy eyes. Thankfully she got over it

Trust me, he would have looked even more pathetic with a cone. My Jessie does not like those but she’s had to have one twice. Such a cute face!

Aw, that is so pitiful! Glad he’s doing better! And to answer your question, I did pee before weigh in – it wasn’t enough to tip the scale though!

He’s got that “save me” look on his face that I recognize from torturing my dog, lol. Poor guy – Paco has to get steroid shots every once in a while too because of skin allergies. Hope Rocky is feeling better!
