Billy kicks my ass too! Hope you are having a great week – I think my least favorite thing to do is lunges – I am always sore the next day!

LOL! I did BB’s taebo workouts and I felt like a flailing fool. I am so uncoordinated.

I just dusted off my 30 day Shred & have been doing that. I think I cried & shouted a few curse words while working out. Good times! :)

P90X Plyometrics! I did it on Friday and could barely walk by Saturday. Sunday was even worse! Then to torture myself even more I did the P90X Ab Ribber yesterday. WHY!

I did taebo i lost 15 lbs without eating healthy. It’s a great program.I own must of the DVD’s but now my body got use to it and it’s a little boring now. I am looking for something different now.

I like the Biggest Loser DVD especially Bob’s circuit. His workout is much harder than the other trainers.
